Colours changing and temperatures dropping – these scenic views are a great time for cozy long walks with hot cups of coffee – or everything pumpkin spiced? Even though the chilly temperature is not something to look forward to, October does have a lot to offer. From leaves changing colours to enjoying a delicious Thanksgiving feast, or secretly indulging in the Halloween candies – we are all about this excitement!
But remember, as you treat yourself to these delicacies, do not forget about your healthy smile. Make sure you brush and floss your teeth twice a day, drink plenty of water, and come in for a check-up to stay on top of your oral health.

Halloween Tips for Healthy Teeth
Whether you have ghosts or goblins around the house or not, the lure of Halloween candy and treats will be around this month.
You've been told time and time again that candy causes tooth decay, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the occasional treat.
If you are going to indulge, there are some things you can do to limit the damage done to your teeth. With young ones around the house (or not), here are a few tips we can offer before the inevitable increase of candy consumption.
