November 2023: Tips, eNews & More!

For many of us, November is a month of change as winter is right around the corner. As the weather gets colder and days get shorter, we rush to unpack our warmer clothes while trying to get started on our holiday shopping. Don't forget to enjoy the warm fall sunshine, colourful changes in nature, or a cup of hot tea or cocoa to treat yourself in the moment. The daylight savings time change and potential related effects are also an adjustment to our day-to-day lives.

November is also TMJ Awareness Month, bringing focus to an issue that affects millions of people around the world. Many suffer from jaw pains and other TMJ-related symptoms, and they may not even be aware of the root cause. Check out our featured article below to learn more about TMJ and how it can be treated. If you think you may be suffering from TMJ pains, contact us today to see how we can help!

A Friendly Reminder: Use It or Lose It!

With the end of the year quickly approaching, if your dental plan is based on the calendar year, your benefits may not roll over into the new year and instead reset. So take advantage of your plan by getting a check-up, cleaning, or any other dental work you may have been putting off before year's end. Also, if you have more significant work that you've been holding off from starting, speak to us about options to split it between your 2022 and 2023 insurance allotments.
